According to a survey conducted by NeoIT, New Delhi tops the list of cities in the world for companies looking to setup offshore back office operations followed by all the other major Indian cities – Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai and Kolkata.

Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City is the most attractive non-Indian destination for offshoring jobs, followed by Manila, Shanghai and Moscow

New Delhi was top among the Indian cities due to its relatively low cost of living and, by Indian standards, fairly good infrastructure.
